Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill a donut pan with the batter.
- Place the donut pan in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove and let cool before glazing or dusting with sugar.
