Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of raspberry mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Place turnovers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

- For extra sweetness, sprinkle powdered sugar on top after cooking.
