Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  4. While the sweet potatoes are cooking, season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  5. After 10 minutes, shake the sweet potatoes and place the salmon fillets on top.
  6. Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and sweet potatoes are tender.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
