- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- While the sweet potatoes are cooking, season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- After 10 minutes, shake the sweet potatoes and place the salmon fillets on top.
- Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and sweet potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
