Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
- Feel free to add vegetables to the skewers for more variety.
