Ingredients
Scale
- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Drizzle olive oil over the inside of the squash halves.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Use a fork to scrape the insides into noodles.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
