Air Fryer Spaghetti Squash Noodles: 7 Reasons to Love Them

A healthy and easy recipe for spaghetti squash noodles made in an air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the inside of the squash halves.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
  6. Air fry for 25-30 minutes until tender.
  7. Use a fork to scrape the insides into noodles.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
  • Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
