Air Fryer Spinach Artichoke Dip Cups: 5 Joyful Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package phyllo cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each phyllo cup with the mixture.
  4. Place the filled cups in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  6. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
