- 8 jalapeños
- 1 cup spinach, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Cut jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff jalapeño halves with the mixture.
- Place stuffed jalapeños in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeño heat level by leaving some seeds.
- Serve with dipping sauce if desired.
