Ingredients

  • 8 jalapeños
  • 1 cup spinach, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Cut jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff jalapeño halves with the mixture.
  5. Place stuffed jalapeños in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • Adjust jalapeño heat level by leaving some seeds.
