Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken fillet.
- Stuff the chicken pockets with the spinach mixture.
- Brush chicken with olive oil.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
