Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp or chicken (optional)
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, shrimp or chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place spring rolls in the basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Spray the tops of the spring rolls with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with soy sauce or sweet chili sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
