Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket.
- Add the seasoned vegetables around the steak.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping the steak halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature of the steak for your desired doneness.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
