- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff it with the spinach mixture.
- Brush the outside of the chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
