- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
- Stuff each pocket with the spinach and feta mixture.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
