- 2 chicken fillets
- 100g spinach
- 100g cream cheese
- 50g grated cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, grated cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Make a pocket in each chicken fillet.
- Stuff the chicken fillets with the spinach mixture.
- Brush the outside of the fillets with olive oil.
- Place the stuffed fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for better flavor.
- Experiment with different cheeses.
- Serve with a side salad or vegetables.
