  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Slice each chicken fillet horizontally to create a pocket.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each chicken fillet with the spinach and feta mixture.
  5. Secure the opening with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Brush the outside of the chicken with olive oil.
  7. Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
