- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Slice each chicken fillet horizontally to create a pocket.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each chicken fillet with the spinach and feta mixture.
- Secure the opening with toothpicks if needed.
- Brush the outside of the chicken with olive oil.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use toothpicks to secure the stuffing if needed.
- Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
- Let the chicken rest before cutting to retain juices.
