Air Fryer Stuffed Chicken Fillet with Spinach & Feta Bliss

Delicious air fryer stuffed chicken fillet filled with spinach and feta cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice a pocket into each chicken fillet.
  4. Stuff each pocket with the spinach and feta mixture.
  5. Brush the outside of the chicken fillets with olive oil.
  6. Place the stuffed chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
