- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken fillet.
- Stuff each pocket with the spinach and feta mixture.
- Brush the outside of the chicken fillets with olive oil.
- Place the stuffed chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
