- 4 slices of bread
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Fresh fruit for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Spread the mixture on two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
- Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Place the sandwiches in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve with fresh fruit on top.
