- 10 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add bacon bits if using and stir well.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid irritation.
- Adjust the spice level by leaving some seeds in.
- These can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before cooking.
