- 12 large mushrooms
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Use different herbs for variety.
- Can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
