  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
