- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and vegetable oil.
- Add chicken fillets to the marinade. Coat well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place marinated chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust marination time for stronger flavor.
- Serve with rice or salad.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
