Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the tempura batter mix with cold water and salt.
- Dip the mixed vegetables into the batter until fully coated.
- Arrange the battered vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray the vegetables lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.

- Use any combination of vegetables you prefer.
- Adjust the cooking time for thicker vegetables.
- Serve with soy sauce or dipping sauce of your choice.
