- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
- Add the steak pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
