Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Coat the chicken fillets with the peanut sauce mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding chili flakes.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
