- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- Chopped peanuts for garnish
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, lime juice, and ginger.
- Coat the chicken wings with the peanut sauce mixture.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove wings and garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Serve with extra peanut sauce on the side.
