Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, increase cooking time by a few minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
