Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Form mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
