- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Form mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
