- 1 cup bell peppers, diced

- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced bell peppers, onion, and spinach to the egg mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Pour the mixture into the basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Once the egg mixture is cooked, divide it among the tortillas.
- Add shredded cheese on top and roll the tortillas up.
- Return the burritos to the air fryer and cook for 3 more minutes.
