Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables and cheese to the egg mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
