- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into fry-shaped sticks.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini stick into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dip.
