- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and slice the zucchinis into 1/4 inch rounds.
- In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- If using, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the zucchini slices.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook an additional 2 minutes if needed.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- For added flavor, try using Italian seasoning.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
