- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add buffalo sauce and toss until cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook for an additional 2-5 minutes if needed.
- Remove from air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness by using milder or hotter buffalo sauce.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
