- 1 lb chicken fillets, diced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken pieces in flour.
- Dip chicken in beaten eggs.
- Roll chicken in breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken bites in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Toss cooked bites in buffalo sauce.
- Serve hot.
