- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, buffalo sauce, cheese, and green onions.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface.
- Spoon some filling onto the wrapper.
- Fold the sides and roll tightly.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Serve hot with additional buffalo sauce for dipping.
