- 1 block firm tofu, drained
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce and olive oil.
- Add tofu cubes to the sauce and toss to coat.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Coat the tofu cubes in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve with extra buffalo sauce if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray tofu with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust buffalo sauce quantity for desired heat level.
- Pair with celery sticks and vegan ranch for dipping.
