Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce and olive oil.
  4. Add tofu cubes to the sauce and toss to coat.
  5. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  6. Coat the tofu cubes in the breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
