Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Dredge each chicken thigh in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Spray chicken with cooking spray.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
