- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Oil spray for cooking
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage and place it in a large bowl.
- Add flour, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Scoop the mixture and form fritters.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil.
- Place fritters in the basket in a single layer.
- Spray the tops with oil.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
