Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan that fits in the air fryer.
- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick to ensure it comes out clean.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
