- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Soak calamari in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge calamari in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place calamari in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
