Instructions

  1. Soak calamari in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge calamari in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place calamari in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  8. Remove and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
