Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each chicken breast in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Top each chicken breast with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
