Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken quarters dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken quarters.
- Place the chicken quarters in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Check internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
