Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pound the chicken fillets to an even thickness.
- Season flour with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray both sides of the breaded chicken with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
Notes
- You can add spices to the breadcrumbs for extra flavor.
- Serve with lemon wedges for a fresh taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
