Instructions
- Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.

- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place chicken tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
