Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, place beaten eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, add breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each chicken strip into flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the basket.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Check for doneness and cook longer if necessary.
