Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, onions, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour chicken broth over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
