Ingredients

- 1 cup of diced onions
- 2 cups of chopped carrots

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the diced onions and chopped carrots.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.

- Can substitute chicken with beef or vegetables for a different flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
