- 2 lbs of chicken breasts
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of diced onions
- 1 cup of bell peppers
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add barbecue sauce, onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken and mix with sauce before serving.
- Top with shredded cheese before serving.

- Serve with buns or over rice.
