Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add vegetable broth and diced tomatoes.
- Top with onions and bell peppers.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
