- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans (15 oz), drained
- 1 cup corn
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Transfer beef mixture to the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, taco seasoning, and beef broth.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot with your choice of toppings.
