Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, milk, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy, serve hot.
