Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add buffalo sauce and toss to coat the florets evenly.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.

- Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
