Easy Air Fryer Egg Rolls: 5 Steps to Crispy Perfection

This recipe provides a simple method to make egg rolls using an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, chicken, green onions, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
  6. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  7. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  8. Place egg rolls in a single layer in the basket.
  9. Spray the tops of the egg rolls with cooking spray.
  10. Cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.

Notes

  • Use any cooked protein for filling.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Serve with dipping sauce of choice.
